Who This Is For

If You’re Responsible For Admissions, This Is Built For You

Whether you run a school, college, or university, empty seats mean missed admission targets and lost revenue.

Schools — K–12

Struggling to fill sections despite having the infrastructure, reputation and marketing budget to do so?

We help identify where parents are dropping out — from first enquiry to final enrolment.

Colleges & Universities

Generating thousands of enquiries but still ending the season with vacant seats?

We identify what’s breaking across your marketing, lead quality, counselling and follow-up — and build the system to fix it.

The Real Cost

The Admission Season Does Not Wait For Your Marketing To Work

Every other business gets to have a bad quarter and fix it in the next one. You do not. You get one window a year, and it closes on schedule whether or not your funnel was ready.

Your admission window is fixed. It does not move because the campaign started late.
A paid campaign needs three to four weeks before enquiry volume means anything.
By the time the numbers are clear enough to act on, the window has closed.
The budget is already spent. The contract still has months left to run.
And the seats that stayed empty do not carry forward to next year.

Do the math on just 30 empty seats.

Thirty empty seats can mean crores in lost revenue — depending on your annual fee.

Then the season ends, the seats stay empty, and everyone blames the marketing.

Next season, the answer is the same: spend more.

But spending more won’t fix a broken admission system.

The Diagnosis

Why More Ad Spend Did Not Fill More Seats

The leak is not at the top of your funnel. You are already generating enquiries — often thousands of them. The money is lost in the gap between an enquiry arriving and an admission closing. Here is what that gap looks like on one real lead.

  1. 9:14 pm

A parent fills your enquiry form. They are comparing four institutions tonight, on their phone, after work.

  2. 11:00 am, next day

Your counsellor calls for the first time. The parent has already spoken to two other institutions and booked a campus visit at one of them.

  3. Day 3

One more attempt. No answer. The enquiry gets marked cold and drops out of the sheet.

  4. Day 30

That parent enrols somewhere. You paid for the enquiry that produced the admission. Somebody else got the admission.

  5. Season end

The report shows reach, clicks and cost per lead. Nobody in the room can tell you which campaign produced a single actual admission.

You were never buying admissions.

You were buying enquiries — and then paying for them a second time, in the seats that stayed empty.

Which is why raising the budget never fixed it. A bigger number at the top of a leaking funnel produces a bigger puddle, not more admissions.

The Framework

LGN‑90: The Admission System Built To Fill Your Seats

A 90-day framework that connects strategy, AI, marketing, conversion, counselling and follow-up into one system designed around your institution’s admission goals.

  1. Market research on your programmes, your city, your competition

    Week 1

What your prospects actually search, what the institution down the road is bidding on, and which of your programmes can realistically be filled this season.

  2. A 90-day growth plan mapped to your admission calendar

    Week 1–2

Not a generic annual retainer plan. Spend is weighted to your enquiry peak and pulled back in your dead months, because your calendar is not the same as a coaching institute’s.

  3. Admission landing pages built to capture, not to look pretty

    Week 2–3

Programme-specific pages with the enquiry form above the fold, built for the phone your prospect is actually holding — separate from your main website, so nothing waits on your IT vendor.

  4. The 30+45 Day Lead Automation Follow-Up Game Plan

    Runs from week 3

This is where the leak gets sealed. Every enquiry is contacted on WhatsApp within minutes, then sequenced and reminded across 30 and 45 day windows until it converts or disqualifies itself. Your counsellors stop chasing and start closing.

  5. Paid campaigns and creative that speak to parents, not to marketers

    Week 3 onward

Meta, Google and YouTube — with ad creative and video produced in-house, because the creative is the targeting.

  6. Weekly optimisation through peak season

    Ongoing

A/B testing on creative, audience and landing page, reported weekly while the window is open — not a monthly PDF that arrives after the decision was needed.

Exactly What Happens On The 30-Minute Call

No pitch deck, no slide about our company values. It is a working session on your admission numbers, run by someone who has done this across 150+ institutions.

  1. We audit your funnel before you arrive

    Before the call

Your website, ad presence, enquiry flow and public positioning get reviewed ahead of the call. You walk in to findings, not to a discovery questionnaire asking what your goals are.

  2. We show you where the admissions are leaking

    First 10 minutes

Demand, targeting, creative, landing experience, enquiry quality, response time and counselling conversion — the six LGN-90 checkpoints, run against your institution specifically.

  3. You get the fix sequence, on the call

    Next 15 minutes

The order to repair the gaps in, what your own team can do in-house this month at no cost, and what genuinely needs an outside system. In writing, yours to keep.

  4. You decide whether there is a fit

    Final 5 minutes

If there is, we outline scope and timeline and you get a real number. If there is not, you still leave with the diagnosis, free of charge. No follow-up sequence, no chasing.

We Turn Down More Institutions Than We Take On

Four a month. That is the real capacity, and it is why this list is honest rather than flattering.

Book the call if

  • Schools, colleges, universities and institutes with a real admission target for the coming season
  • Chairmen, trustees, directors or admission heads who can approve a decision without a committee round
  • Institutions already spending on marketing but unable to trace a single rupee to a filled seat
  • Teams willing to change how enquiries are handled internally — not only the ad creative

Please don’t, if

  • Institutions running under ₹1 lakh a month in media budget — LGN-90 needs spend to work on, and we will tell you that on the call rather than take the retainer
  • Anyone who measures an agency on cost per lead. We will lose that comparison to a vendor selling you junk enquiries, every time
  • Anyone who wants the ad account held in the agency’s name. Yours stays yours, so this is a dealbreaker in both directions
  • Institutions expecting results inside 30 days — a campaign takes three to four weeks before the enquiry numbers even mean anything
  • Pre-launch institutions with no approvals, campus or programme in place yet

Who You Will Be Speaking To

Pankaj Budhwani

Founder, Mediagarh

Mediagarh exists because education institutions kept being sold generic digital marketing with the word “admissions” pasted over it. The playbook that fills an e‑commerce cart does not fill a seat — a seat involves a parent, a campus visit, a fee structure and a decision window that closes on a fixed date. So Pankaj built an agency that works on nothing else. Six offices, six years, and not a single non‑education client.

He also hosts the Eduvoice podcast, where he sits across from chairmen, directors and academic heads of Indian institutions and asks them what is actually breaking. It is the same leak, described in the same words, institution after institution — and closing it is what LGN‑90 is built to do. He is currently writing Educators with a Marketing Skin.

“To uplift the lives of 1 lakh students and their families, by helping them select the right institution.”

Straight Answers

The Questions You’d Ask On The Call Anyway

Answered here so the 30 minutes can be spent on your numbers instead.

Every agency shows us leads, not admissions. How is this different?

Because the follow-up sits inside the system rather than outside it. Most agencies hand your counselling team a spreadsheet and call the job done — which is exactly where the money leaks. The 30+45 day follow-up game plan contacts every enquiry within minutes and keeps sequencing it until it converts or disqualifies itself. That is also why we can report on admissions instead of clicks: we are attached to the enquiry all the way down.

Do you actually understand our admission calendar?

It is the first thing the 90-day plan is built around. A K–12 school’s enquiry peak, a university’s counselling rounds and a coaching institute’s batch cycle are three different calendars, and spending the same way across all three is how budget gets burned in dead months. We weight spend to your window and pull it back outside it.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. Every account stays in your institution’s name, and you keep the data, the pixel history and the audiences if we ever stop working together. We will not run this any other way — an agency holding your ad account is holding your admissions hostage.

What is the minimum commitment?

A three-month initial term with a performance milestone at the end of it, not a twelve-month lock-in. Ninety days is genuinely how long the framework needs — three to four weeks before enquiry volume means anything, then the follow-up windows on top. Anything shorter would be selling you a result we cannot deliver.

What does it cost?

It depends on your programme mix and the media budget behind it, and you will get a real number on the call rather than after three follow-up emails. What we can say now: if your media budget is under ₹1 lakh a month, this is not the right fit yet and we will say so instead of taking the retainer.

How soon will we see enquiries?

Three to four weeks before the volume is meaningful enough to judge, and a full season before you should judge the admission numbers. Anyone promising enquiries in week one is either buying junk leads or was going to show you traffic and call it a result.

What do you need from our counselling team?

Roughly an hour a week during setup, and a willingness to change the response process — because a fast first contact is the single highest-leverage change most institutions can make. We are not replacing your counsellors. We are making sure they only spend time on enquiries worth their time.

Do you work with institutions in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities?

Most of our work is there. We run from six offices — Jodhpur, Jaipur, Kolkata, Gurugram, Chennai and Bengaluru — and the cost per enquiry outside the metros is usually the reason the maths works better, not worse.

Can we speak to a current client before deciding?

Yes, and we will offer it before you ask. Tell us your institution type on the call and we will connect you with a comparable one already running the framework. Any agency that will not do this is telling you something.
